Privacy Policy for mySwitchBoard

mySwitchBoard ("the app") is a personal productivity tool that lets a signed-in user log into multiple third-party admin dashboards from one place. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

Account & sign-in data

You can sign in with an email/password, or with Google, Facebook, or X. When you use one of these providers, we receive your account's email address and basic profile info (name, avatar) from that provider, used only to identify your account within the app. We do not post to, or otherwise act on, your social accounts on your behalf.

Site credentials you add

To let the app log you into third-party sites you configure, you provide those sites' login URLs and your own username/password for them. These credentials are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault and are only decrypted, server-side and momentarily, at the point the app needs to submit them into a login form you've asked it to fill. We never sell, share, or use these credentials for any purpose other than performing the login you requested.

Advertising

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Data retention & deletion

Your account data and stored site credentials are retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → your profile → Delete account), or by requesting deletion by email.
